Membership consists of various tiers. As you spend, you gain access to higher tiers, which reward your loyalty even more. We determine your level by the total amount you spend in a twelve month period.

As a member, you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. So, if you spend $1,000 you get 1,000 points.
Converting points to an e-gift card
Members redeem points for an e-gift card at a rate of 1%. So, 1000 points translates into an e-gift card value of $10.00.
Converting points to redeem discounts on catering orders
Members can redeem points towards a catering order at the rate of 1%. So, 1000 points becomes a $10.00 discount towards an order.

At this level, you earn 1.5 point for every $1 you spend. So, if you spend $1,000 you get 1,500 points.
Converting points to an e-gift card
At 黄金 status, you can redeem points for an e-gift card at 1%. So, 1,000 points translates into an e-gift card value of $10.00.
Converting points to redeem discounts on catering orders
At this level, you can redeem points towards a catering order at the rate of 1.5%. So, 1,000 points translates into a $15.00 discount towards an order.

Calculating Tier level is based on spend during the 12 months after the customer anniversary date.

Spending between $750 – $2,499 in the previous year makes you a 黄金 member.
铂
Spending between $2,500 – $7,499 in the previous year makes you a 铂 member.
精英
Spending a minimum of $7,500 in the previous year makes you an 精英 member.
